Welcome to the City of Santa Barbara’s Public Works Department!
We’re here to serve the Santa Barbara Community every hour of every day. As our partners, you are the City’s eyes and ears in your neighborhoods. We welcome your calls via our main phone number below and we encourage you to report a pothole or sidewalk that needs repair, a streetlight or traffic signal that is out, graffiti that needs to be removed, or any other issue by using our Hotlines. Please note that you may not receive a call back, but Public Works crews will respond to the location as soon as possible.
