Tony Ruggieri

Production Supervisor

Tony has worked at City TV for 21 years. He is proud of the awards Channel 18 has garnered for productions such as "Impressions in Time: A Story of Santa Barbara" which received an Emmy Award in 2001. Tony maintains a high standard for City TV productions, including the airing of live City Council and other public meetings. Tony enjoys golf, hiking, camping and hanging out with his wife Julie and children, Sam and Quincy.

Chris Bell

Production Specialist

Chris brings his local television experience with Santa Barbara County to City TV. It is Chris' touch that marks "Inside Santa Barbara" segments with a high degree of energy, competency and artistic flow. He helped City TV to win the Emmy for "Impressions in Time." Chris is an accomplished underwater and landscape photographer. He is happily married to his wife, Marilee.

Dominique Blocker

Producer & Reporter

Dominique is the host of City TV’s newsmagazine show, Inside Santa Barbara and works on special video projects.  She made her way back to the West Coast after working in television and radio in New York. She also produces and reports for the County’s television channel, CSBTV Channel 20, and does communications work for local nonprofits.  She loves working in and for this community and hopes the work she does impacts residents in a positive way. Dominique graduated from USC with bachelor degrees in Theatre and Entertainment Communication. Experiencing new places, health and happiness are her favorite things.

Rogger Vivar

Production Aide

Rogger Vivar brings a wealth of experience to City TV from his many years in radio and television in South America. Born and educated in Peru, Rogger has produced City TV's Spanish language show "Nuestra Ciudad". Rogger takes an active role in the local community serving on the boards of different nonprofits and as an associate pastor for Calvary Chapel in Santa Barbara.

Jeffrey Goodvin

Producer & Cameraman

Jeffrey T. Goodvin is a Brooks Graduate in 1990 who has worked in the Motion Picture and Video business for 17 years. He started out working as an assistant for Francis Ford Coppola, and then worked for Panavision Cameras in Chicago. He also was a TV photojournalist from 2000 to 2007, and now he is back in school at SBCC and works for City TV.
