| The City Clerk's Office publishes the Council Agenda Packet consisting of the Agenda, staff reports, and associated attachments as a service to the community. The Council Agenda Packet for the regular City Council meetings is posted on Thursdays prior to the meetings by 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). | Finance Committee Meetings Online |
| The Finance Committee's function is to review matters pertaining to the finances of the City and to make recommendations to the City Council. These matters include, but are not limited to, reviewing interim financial statements, monthly investment reports, the City's annual independent audit, City fees and service charges and budgets. |

| The purpose of the City’s Legislation Program is to intentionally promote the adoption of state and federal legislation that will establish sound public policy for responsible governance; protect and enhance public health, safety and welfare; and, aid the City’s delivery of high quality services to its residents. |
