| Mayor Marty Blum addressed the business community in the annual State of the City Address on March 23rd at Fess Parker's Double Tree Resort. The event was hosted by the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce. Mayor Blum will talked about a range of significant City issues including economic development, community infrastructure, public safety, and community planning. |
