| On March 29th at 7:30 a.m. Mayor Marty Blum addressed a crowd of about 600 people at Fess Parker's Double Tree Resort. The event was hosted by the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce. Mayor Blum used the policy areas of Public Safety, Neighborhood Improvement, Long Range Planning, and Sustainability to paint a picture of the state of the city. City Administrator Jim Armstrong also took part in the event by giving a presentation on the City's financial outlook. |

| City Council Agendas |
| The City Clerk's Office publishes the Council Agenda Packet consisting of the Agenda, staff reports, and associated attachments as a service to the community. The Council Agenda Packet for the regular City Council meetings is posted on Thursdays prior to the meetings by 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). | Finance Committee Meetings Online |
| The Finance Committee's function is to review matters pertaining to the finances of the City and to make recommendations to the City Council. These matters include, but are not limited to, reviewing interim financial statements, monthly investment reports, the City's annual independent audit, City fees and service charges and budgets. |
