The Municipal Code is a codification of the ordinances of the City of Santa Barbara, California, U.S.A.

NOTICE:  Beginning in 2013, the City will regularly post a guide to the City Council’s adoption of ordinances revising the Municipal Code.  This guide will list the ordinance number, its subject, the chapters/sections amended, and the ordinance’s effective date.  A separate area will detail what page numbers of the Code include text revised by the ordinance.  These guides will be posted below under the heading “Update Guides”; they will be posted up to four times per year, shortly after a quarter-end date.
