General Municipal Elections are held in November of odd-numbered years and are administered by the City Clerk's Office. For further information, please call (805) 564-5309, visit the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall at 735 Anacapa Street, or visit www.SBCityVote.org.

The Mayor and City Councilmembers serve four-year terms of office.  The Mayor and three Councilmember terms of office expire in 2009, and three Councilmember terms of office expire in 2011.
