Call (805) 568-2200 (County Elections Division) to request a voter registration form or visit http://www.sb-democracy.com/ Link to World Wide Web - You are Leaving the City Web Site.. Voter registration forms are also available in the City Clerk's Office.

General Municipal Elections are held in November of odd-numbered years and are administered by the City Clerk's Office. For further information, please call (805) 564-5309, visit the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall at 735 Anacapa Street, or visit www.SBCityVote.org.

The Mayor and City Councilmembers serve four-year terms of office.  Three Councilmember terms of office expire in 2011, and the Mayor and three Councilmember terms of office expire in 2013.
