MONTHLY / COMMUTER PERMITS MONTHLY PERMITS:
A monthly permit may be purchased to park in a specific lot. Applicants are required to complete an application, provide a copy of your California vehicle registration and pay for the first month and a deposit equal to the first month’s payment. Availability is listed below.
*Monthly permits are not sold when peak occupancy of the lot exceeds 85%

COMMUTER PERMITS:
Discounted Commuter Lots located on Cota and Carrillo Streets are strictly for employees of the Downtown Core. Applicants are required to complete an application and provide current California vehicle registration. These permits may be prorated. Initial payment includes the first and second month’s fees. These lots are not intended for storage of vehicles.
There is convenient Shuttle Service to and from the commuter lots including Free Shuttle/Boarding Pass for the Downtown-Waterfront Shuttle.
