The City of Santa Barbara requires that every person, firm, corporation, partnership or other business organization conducting business within the City shall obtain a business license. This site is designed to provide an understanding of the City's business license program and provide you with a business license application. City Hall has an entrance on De La Guerra Plaza and an entrance at 735 Anacapa Street. Once in the main hallway, enter the doorway marked: Cashier - Business License. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. | | | Email
