City Hall has an entrance on De La Guerra Plaza and an entrance at 735 Anacapa Street. Once in the main hallway, enter the doorway marked: Cashier - Business License.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 - 5:30 p.m. (PT), 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. (PT) every other Friday. See City Calendar for holidays observed.
